I build software and electronics that actually work
I have loved technology since I can remember. I started in elementary school building games on a website called Scratch. That love of creating transitioned into simple websites and into an even stronger love for IT. I started an IT support position at 16 years old and haven't looked back since. I have developed not only more software engineering skills and computer knowledge, but also lifelong friends and connections. This role has also helped me achieve a deep understanding of IT operations and infrastructure from an enterprise business standpoint. Instead of going down the traditional college path, I decided to stay in this role while building my skills every single day with hands-on experience. Building, breaking, fixing, and improving electronics, software, and business processes has become an extremely enjoyable hobby for me. At 19, I was able to use the money I earned at my IT Helpdesk role to buy a house to start the next chapter of my life. I mentor other young adults on how to do the same.
